Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at linashopmarket@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct the error.
Exceptional/non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as when the packaging has been opened, underwear, swimwear, baby jumpsuits, socks, or other items that may come into contact with bodily fluids, and such products will be returned to the customer. If you have questions or concerns about a specific project, please contact us.
In addition, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
If you wish to exchange or return a product that is not defective or due to the wrong size ordered, we will process it by placing a new order at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund through your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
